See a Cell Phone Retrospective Projected in 3D

Europe's Vodafone commissioned this video that takes a look back at the progression of cell phones.

The clip uses what's called "3D Projection Mapping," a technique that involves projecting moving images on to three dimensional objects. The effects are very, well, effective, and bring a few solid white moldings made to look like cell phones to vivid life.
