Sony is looking to change the way you play multi-player video games. Earlier this week, Mick Hocking, senior direct for Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, demoed a new dual-view mode for PlayStation 3 that allows two players to see two different screens while playing the same game to Pocket-lint using the new Killzone 3 game.
Thanks to advancements in 3D technology, two gamers will be able to play against each other without having to use a split-screen interface. Depending on his or her position in the room, the gamer will see their movements full screen without being able to see the other player's screen. There's no word on when this feature will be availble, so for now it's all vaporware. But, game changer? Yes, indeed.
