Finally! For a second there we thought Google was going to forever force iPhone users to access one of its coolest and most useful apps through the Safari browser. Thankfully, Google thought otherwise and ported its HTML5 Translation app over to Apple's App Store.
With the native iPhone app, users can type in any text and have it translated into a language of their choosing just as they could with with the HTML5-based version. But with the new app there's a bunch of new features like the awesome speak-to-translate feature and the ability to listen to your translations. It also allows you to make your translation text full-screen so you can easily show it to someone you're trying to talk to—very, very helpful. Download it from the iTunes App Store for free.
