Converse is an American shoe company that has been making shoes, lifestyle fashion and athletic apparel since the early 20th century. Converse was the orginal basketball sneaker. Everyone who knows sneaker history remembers Chuck Taylors, and you can still catch people wearing the "Chucks" as a fashion statement.
