Virgil Abloh doesn’t have a pause button. On Wednesday, he teased a forthcoming collaboration betwen his brand Off-White and the Los Angeles brand Chrome Hearts.
The bright orange hoodie features black branding from both labels, with a "©2018" on the chest and the back. The collaborative piece will arrive at Chrome Hearts’ Paris store on March 1.
In an Instagram post, he shared how long he’s been searching for such a hoodie, so he just made his own: "The collective amount of time I’ve spent on eBay searching 'orange chrome hearts' was getting far too out of control... 🙏🏾✨™️ Richard & Laurie - releasing tomorrow 1pm - paris CH store initially."
Abloh ended 2017 with a bang. His 'The Ten' collection with Nike released in November, where the Air Jordan 1s and Prestos in particular were vaunted as the sneakers of the year. His next VaporMax collaboration with Nike is rumored to release very soon, while the Off-White x Air Jordan 1 ‘White’ will drop on March 3. The Jordan will retail at $190, and will receive a Europe-exclusive release.
