Russell Westrbook has become a style force within the NBA, constantly nabbing headlines for his fearless—and polarizing—choices that include everything from ripped-up tees and capris to studded vests and sleeveless button-ups. The man’s appreciation and love for fashion is pretty evident, so it should come as no surprise that the OKC point guard has finally decided to launch his own clothing line.

The brand, dubbed Honor the Gift, will debut this weekend at a special pop-up shop in Oklahoma City. Westbrook announced the event on social media earlier this week.

According to a press release, Honor the Gift is a "brand of self belief and dedication to honor the gift 'he' has given you, shaped into different product offerings that represent a personal promise to challenge all and achieve greatness no matter what hardship."

The pop-up shop will take place at Penn Automotive, located at 2104 NW 39th St. The shop will be open from 2-6 p.m. Saturday-Sunday. The debut collection will be available online at 10 a.m. ET Nov. 22.

In a 2015 interview with WWD, Westbrook spoke about his post-NBA life and his dreams of working in the fashion industry.

"I’m trying to create an empire of fashion, and obviously sports and fashion kind of coming together and having my own fashion line in the future," Westbrook said. "I want to have my own show. I want to have my own branding […] I will try to find my way in fashion."
