Despite what a certain angry rapper from Harlem might tell you, the love for the grime scene Stateside is real, and now it's going beyond the music, as LA-based streetwear label Joyrich team up with London's own Novelist. At the age of 19, Novelist is already considered one of the most hard working and talented members of the new wave of emcees ushering in this new age of grime.

Joyrich established themselves in 2007 and have gained prominence for their wearable art, which creates a fun, quirky look that combines the lifestyle of LA's elite with the streetwear scene. The brand has already been sported by the likes of Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Wiz Khalifa, One Direction, Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora. And their cult-like following has already seen them set up a boutique store on the famed Melrose Avenue.

The Spring/Summer 2017 collaboration focuses on Novelist's love for workwear, lifting ideas from trucker hats and oversized gilets. The lookbook features a baggy workwear top and pants combo and comes in a denim and triple white set, with gold zips and military patch straps baring the Joyrich slogan and Novelist's Mmm Yeh! catchphrase.

Also added to this unique collection is a triple white gilet and a denim workwear jacket.

The Joyrich x Novelist collection will be available exclusively from the Ejder store in Old Street Station, London.
