Menswear is so weird these days. I can’t predict how dudes will wear a given garment now. Back in the day, I’d see a chore coat like this one from Needles and I knew it would be paired with some baggy fatigue trousers and some moc-toe boots. Now? Who even knows? Some of you savages will wear this with tight black jeans, a stupid concert tee you bought on eBay and sneakers. Some of you might even wear this underneath a super technical shell jacket and very orthopedic, but functional hiking boots. Shit is wild these days, guys. Embrace the chaos and get off some questionable fits. When people call you out, just be like, “It’s a heady time. There’s never been more sus alphet combinations available to mankind. Just embrace the bounty.”
