We all know that Acne Studios makes some really dope clothes, but perhaps even more dope is its series of beautiful stores.

Earlier this week, the Swedish brand opened its second retail space in NYC, located in the West Village about a mile away from the SoHo flagship. The shop, which was designed by acclaimed architect Sophia Hicks, was unveiled on Tuesday during a cocktail party, where guests could browse through the current Acne collections and take in the one-of-a-kind interior design.

It’s the latest installment of Acne’s store concept, in which every retail space adheres to the brand’s minimalist aesthetic, but in a distinctly different way. Unlike the shop on Green Street, which had an old-school vibe that nodded to Gustavian design, this store is noticeably more modern. There’s floor-to-ceiling light boxes of frosted glass, stainless steel walls, polished concrete floors, and an assortment of sleek furniture designed by Max Lamb.

“It almost feels more like Hong King than New York,” Acne chairman Mikael Schiller said in a press release. “The result is our interpretation of a local neighborhood shop in the Acne Studios universe.”

Take a look at the new digs in the images below, as well as a few photos from Tuesday’s cocktail party. If you’re in the NYC area, be sure to visit the store in person at 54-60 8th Ave.
