Venezuelan model Aleira Avendano says that her body is almost perfect after having over 20 plastic surgery procedures.
The 26-year-old, who now has a 20-inch waist, wore a corset for seven years and had four breast enlargements, and three rounds of butt implants to achieve her distinct hourglass shape.
"It's all in the name of beauty. I want to be the sexiest woman on earth," Avendano told the Daily Mail.
Avendano had her first surgery at age 19 and has since had other procedures like gastric bypass, neck elongation, and liposuction. She even had all of her teeth removed and replaced with dentures.
Despite all the work, the model says her quest for the perfect body will continue.
"Every woman should have plastic surgery if they want to be truly beautiful," she said to the news site.
