This one has a hidden placket and collar similar to a shirt collar which means that this coat will look even more at home underneath a coat that actually keeps you warm. Ironically, the lightweight cotton coat that necessitates layering is often the source of overheating. Personally, instead of fucking around with layering, I’m just going on an extended trip to Italy and wearing this jacket every single day while I mispronounce pasta dishes and gauchely order cappuccinos in the afternoon.
