If there's one stereotype we can continue to double down on, it's that dudes who live in Brooklyn love them some fucking flannels, boots and western/workwear garb. It's been like that for a minute. And there are few better providers of such gear than Ralph Lauren's RRL, which just opened a location in the neighborhood with the highest concentration of man buns on the east coast: Williamsburg.

Ralph and his assorted brands are pure masters of branding. Rarely has any done anything that would even qualify as off-brand and this, well, this is arguably the most on-brand move of all fucking time. Making the decision to branch out into Brooklyn with the one brand that will most connect with the wild inhabitants of the area is the kind of stone cold marketing genius we look to Lifshitz for. And it's kind of surprising that it took RRL so long to cross the East River and lay down roots. Granted, this is only the ninth RRL location in the world. Anyhow, the store opened up today and you can visit it yourself at 85 North 3rd Street in Brooklyn if you're tryna roast some hipsters.
