Fashion continues to unveil the curtain and Amazon continues to try to get into the fashion action. There have been tons of documentaries lately and now, Amazon and the CFDA have teamed up to bring us the behind-the-scenes process for the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund on Amazon Prime. While the 2015 winner and runners-up will be announced in just about a month, Amazon will have 10 30-minute episodes that show the behind-the-scenes of the competition which will premiere next year, timed to the arrival of the designers' S/S 16 collections in stores. It's like how all reality TV shows are filmed and finished before they actually air on TV. It's a pain, but a reality. You can't expect to film, produce, edit and air the show so quickly. Among some of the names you may be familiar with here: Baja East’s Scott Studenberg and John Targon, Matt Baldwin of Baldwin, David Hart of David Hart and surfer dude bro legend, Thaddeus O’Neil. It's pretty cool that Amazon is willing to take a bet on this. Hopefully we keep seeing more of this because I've always wondered what actually goes into a fashion "competition."
