I’m gonna go out on a very fragile limb and say the deck jacket should get way more play in the pantheon of military-inspired jackets. Bomber jackets and field jackets? Yeah, they're dope and probably aren't going anywhere, but the deck jacket is also fucking dope. It's the perfect length, is a lot simpler than its military counterparts in a lot of ways and, if made right, is super warm. I have a vintage deck jacket and that thing is like wearing a tiny furnace on my upper torso. Also, one time I got street styled wearing it. You guys did say in response to that photo that I look like Nigel Thornberry so, you know, a nice deck jacket like this one from Universal Works won't solve all your problems, but it will probably keep you warm.
