The Internet has bestowed upon us another sterling youth worth your precious time. The above video is essentially everything great about kids all wrapped up into a one-minute package. This clip posted a couple days ago shows little man Demi with his brother and friend making the most of their surroundings, busting out a quick decline pushup set and some dips on their front steps in the interest getting fucking ripped. Demi's a relentless motivator, getting his clients to go deeper on their pushups and getting their form on point. He sure puts on one hell of a show, imploring us that we have to work to get those six-pack abs and telling us "Strength! No weakness," while wagging his finger at the camera Mutombo-style. He didn't stop there though, going the extra mile with a basketball drill follow-up and a bunch of other motivational installments that includes him doing more pull-ups than I ever have.
This is really just a sobering reminder that you'll never really be as fit as you were when you were, like, 6 or 7, your metabolism moving at light speed and possessing the superhuman ability to wild out for hours on end before crashing. These days, I run a couple miles run and have to call out of work for a week. I'm getting so desperate that I might have to toss Demi a few bucks to swing by the crib and drag me out of bed in the morning.
