New York-based hat brand WINWEL drops its latest collection, Monday Morning, featuring a quartet of bucket hats made out of a unique material.

The collection is inspired, and takes its name from, the idea that most people—no matter what their off-duty look consists of—don a uniform before they head to work Monday morning. The hats are made out of the fabric that typically forms the traditional office look: the dress shirt. The selection of bucket hats are made out of 100 percent cotton Italian shirting fabric. The interesting material choice not only gives the hats a dope patchwork look, but the use of cotton means it will be a lightweight option.

WINWEL has a propensity to use interesting materials like this. In its previous two collections, the brand used a rarely used material called Barkcloth, as well as cashmere and cotton boucle on a set of baseball caps.

This experimental approach to headgear has us excited for WINWEL's announcement that this is its last hats-only drop, and that the brand's first full collection will be here as soon as next month.
