Late last month, we previewed a trailer from Homme Less, the documentary about a model and photographer that works with luxury brands like Versace and Moschino, plus publications such as Dazed and Elle. Now, Nowness has brought us an extended clip from the film that shows a day in the life of 56-year-old Mark Reay.

The clip shows Reay grooming himself in the bathroom of a public park before setting out to shoot street style and then backstage at a fashion show. "Mark chooses to sleep off the grid, and not to spend money on rent but to keep most of the other essentials," the film's director Thomas Wirthensohn tells Nowness. "He has a cell phone, a computer, a bank account, insurance, and sometimes can spend some extra money on a few dinners at restaurants."

Reay is not concerned with how this might impact his career. "He assured me that he’d rather share his story and live with the consequences," Wirthensohn says.

Watch the clip above to see Reay seamlessly transitions from his nights spent sleeping on a rooftop to a day enveloped in the lavish world of high fashion.

Homme Less premieres at the IFC Center in New York City today, Aug. 7. Reay and Wirthensohn will both be on-hand for a special screening tonight at 6:20 p.m. Buy tickets here
