Talk about a waterfront view.

OPA, Open Platform Architecture, has conceived a house project dubbed Casa Brutale that will be built into a cliff and hang above the Aegean sea, which sits between Greece and Turkey, according to Business Insider. The only part of the house that will jut out of the ground's natural surface is a rooftop swimming pool with a glass bottom.

The swimming pool acts as a skylight for the ambitious home and creates an effect that makes it appear as if its underwater. The house also features an entire glass wall facing the Aegean sea so residents can take in the breathtaking view from any point of the building. The interior of the house makes way for brutalist-style decor, like blocks of concrete and slabs of wood acting as benches, tables, staircases and seating areas.

The house isn't as precarious as the barnacle-inspired building that literally hung on the edge of a cliff, but Casa Brutale's future inhabitants will still have to be pretty daring. OPA told Business Insider it currently "seeks an investor or an ambitious owner to finance [the building's] construction." If Beyoncé-inspired skyscrapers can get funding, we don't see why this one can't.
