South Korean menswear line General Idea has been a regular at New York Fashion Week for a while now, and rightfully so: it's one of the rare brands that manage to keep tried-and-true basics feeling updated and relevant, all while maintaining a clean, sporty aesthetic. The label's designs are known for being fashion-forward yet still accessible, translating well both on the runway and the streets.

This season, head designer Bumsuk Choi looked to the Ivy League for inspiration. His appropriately named collection, "G.I. League," puts a modern spin on classic silhouettes, resulting in a slightly rebellious prepster look. Standout pieces include an oversized peacoat with contrasting lapels, tennis sweater-style knits, and a pinstriped jumpsuit.
