Dating back to his debut album Reasonable Doubt way back in 1996, Jay Z has had a penchant for name dropping his favorite fashion brands in his songs. He does it so much, in fact, that it’s kind of hard to keep up. But Katherine Bernard, a contributor to both Vogue and Dazed Digital, has gone ahead and done the work for us.

Bernard charted all of the times brands were mentioned throughout Jay Z’s entire discography with the help of data engineer Fred Benenson. To close the loop on this fashion/music business she then arranged all of the names into a T-shirt design. Bernard calls her project “Art As Wrench: A Rapper’s Fashion Timeline.” The video above shows everyone from Heron Preston to The New York Times' Jon Caramanica trying to rap the original lyrics.

Check out the video above that explains the project. If you want to own one of these tees, be sure to head to Bernard’s Kickstarter page to support the cause. The deadline to back the project is Dec. 17.
