From the signature padded collar and embossed logo, to the recognizable two-toned laces and pull tabs, the timeless components of the boot have allowed it to maintain relevancy throughout the decades—convincing generations that the iconic design couldn’t get any better. But that all changed recently when Timberland decided to drop a handful of updates that didn't compromise the boot’s classic look.
Available exclusively at Barneys, the revamped shoe is noticeably less bulky and features tumbled nubuck material as well as a leather welt instead of the standard plastic.
The changes are subtle, but make all the difference when you’re trekking through nature or pounding the pavement.
