When LeBron James announced that he was returning to Cleveland to play for the Cavaliers, Miami wept. The divorce is almost final between Bron Bron and The Magic City, and that means that it's time for him to get rid of his house. According to Curbed, the massive 16,768-square-foot home was listed recently for $17 million, and it has a whole lot going for it. Championship provenance aside, the house has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, an infinity pool, 4,500 square feet of "entertainment space," a chef-level kitchen, and a dock big enough to park two 60-foot yachts.

LeBron bought the house for $9 million back in 2010, so when (not if) it sells, he will be taking a pretty profit back to Ohio where he can probably buy a city block for that kind of coin.
