This is probably as close as you can get to living like a real superhero.

Stan Lee will forever be the king of comicsĀ as far as we're concerned. The man gave us some of the greatest characters of all time (he co-created Groot for Christ's sake) and is still active in the culture, signing "Excelsior" and taking picture with fans all over the world. If you're a hardcore Marvel fan, then you may want to consider moving soon because you now have the rare opportunity to live in the home of "The Man" himself.

According to the Los Angeles Times, Stan Lee is selling his 2,500-square-foot home in Hollywood Hills West for $3.7 million. The 91-year-old Lee bought the house in 2006 for around the same price ($3.6 million), so you won't have to deal with the inflated cost that usually comes with celebrity. There are four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a pool, spa, motor court, and the property is walled and gated at the end of a cul-de-sac so those with secret identities are all set. The listing for the home says that it would be "an amazing opportunity for someone to build/develop their dream home," but we would leave it exactly as it is.
