Sometimes when a project isn't going the way you want it too, it's best to cut your losses and start from scratch. That's basically what happened with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's Bel Air mansion, a Tuscan-style estate that they purchased for $9 million in January and proceeded to renovate to a point of no return. Now the couple is finally selling their stripped down and gutted place for $11 million, confirming rumors that they were trying to get rid of it before they even moved in.
In the meantime, Kanye and Kim have left Kris Jenner's home, where they were waiting out the renovations on their Bel Air disaster right after baby North was born, and have moved into a new $20 million estate in Hidden Hills. Their current spot occupies 3.5 acres of land and comes with two swimming pools, two spas, and a vineyard—plenty of space for the next Kimye baby.
