Garbstore Case Study Fall/Winter 2014 is Made For Dog Walks

Garbstore's Los Angeles outpost, Garbstore Case Study, dropped a lookbook for the brand's first ever collection. We already know the UK-based Garbstore for its sick Reebok collabs, their own casual pieces and for carrying some of the best brands out there. Now, the offshoot gives America the Garbstore treatment with a collection designed specifically for the L.A. menswear scene and temperate climate. While L.A. doesn't see the incessant rain of the British Isles, Case Study put together staples for a not-too-hot, not-too-cold fall. That means no hefty outerwear, a lot of lightweight overshirts and layering pieces since the city has some of the best weather in the world. The color palette is pretty standard: a lot of tan, forest green and navy. It doesn't exactly scream, "HELLO LOS ANGELES" from the Hollywood hills and feels a little bit earthy and rugged for a city I associate with flashing camera bulbs, but you can't really fuck up a well-rounded fall color scheme like that, can you? I imagine walking my hypothetical dog in this gear during a brisk fall day. There are so many pockets for poop bags, man. Perfect for long dog walks to solicit some numbers from various honey dips.
