The Internet has no chill button sometimes. Following the devastating loss that Brazil suffered at the hands (or feet?) of Germany, Twitter exploded with jokes and memes that made the L feel even worse for the country hosting the World Cup. Not to be left out, a Tumblr blog is now putting the final nails in the coffin, comparing the photos of crying Brazil fans to those of people who participated in artist Marina Abramovic's "The Artist Is Present" performance.

Abramovic's performance left many people emotional as they sat across from her in a gallery, silently connecting with the artist. The image of Abramovic sitting would be hilarious when paired with any crying faces, but we give this blog props for using the World Cup as a timely reference.

Sorry, Brazil.
