Street art duo Icy and Sot’s newest masterpiece located in Chicago is definitely a thirst quencher. Adorning the chi-town streets is a kid floating atop a nice cold glass of water. Simple but poignant, this mural is more than just mere decoration. It's also a work of street art in conjunction with the "Taking Back the Streets" exhibit and  The First Lady’s Partnership for Healthier Americans Drink Up initiative

Curated by WAT-AHH!, a company aimed at making kids drink water instead of unhealthy sodas, the "Taking Back the Streets" exhibit includes works by Icy and Sot along with fellow street artists Maya Hayuk, Swoon, Kenny Scharf,  and Shepard Fairey. These street artists were called upon to create works of art inspired by WAT-AHH!’s famed screaming kid logo. Since 2008 WAT-AAH!’s aim has been to put a cool spin on drinking water, and its safe to say they’ve succeeded.

The exhibition will culminate with an invitation-only event at the New Museum, where 14 street artists will display work. "Taking Back the Streets" may also be coming to a city near you.
