There are just some places you shouldn't steal from, and a concentration camp is high on that list. A 47-year-old teacher was busted by museum guards trying to remove "prisoner possessions" from Auschwitz, including "a fork, part of a pair of scissors and porcelain fragments."

The prosecutor told AFP (Agence France-Presse) that the man "is a teacher in Berlin and said he wanted to show the objects to his students, who are doing a project on the Holocaust." Clearly he has never heard of the Internet, or he thought he was smooth enough not to get caught. The unnamed teacher plead guilty and accepted a suspended prison sentence and a monetary fine.

Let that be a lesson to all you concentration camp thieves out there.
