Musician Wesley Stace Recreates Classic Album Covers Using Emoji Characters

Emoji characters make everything better.

Singer and songwriter Wesley Stace (aka John Wesley Harding) was on the treadmill one day and decided to multitask with his cell phone. Stace began recreating his favorite albums using emoji characters and shared a few on his Twitter. The positive response led to more tweets, and a week later Stace had posted 51 emoji albums for bands including The Beatles, The Velvet Undergroundand Nico, The Police, Wire, Bruce Springsteen, and Nirvana.
