After a brief vacay, Chris Brown is back out in the world making moves and trying to stay out of trouble. Back in 2013, Breezy put his Hollywood Hills home on the market for $2 million after a dispute with neighbors over the graffiti that he painted on his outside walls.

According to TMZ, the home is currently "in escrow" for $1.79 million, and Brown's other property in West Hollywood (a penthouse condo that has been on the market for two years) also sold. There is no word as to who the buyer of either property is, but the Hollywood Hills buyer got a pretty good deal on a very attractive home.

The question now is, where will Chris Brown live?
