The Billboard Music Awards, the event where Miguel nearly decapitated a poor woman with a crazy leg-drop (on accident, though), Rihanna and Britney Spears had a pillow fight onstage, Nicki Minaj gave Lil' Wayne a lap dance, and so much more. It's also where some of the wildest outfits have graced the red carpet and the stage, as is wont to happen at award shows.
