Céline's Pheobe Philo is inspiring women everywhere to wear sneakers like they never have before. This is the woman who basically single-handedly made Adidas Stan Smiths (her sneaker of choice) a thing amongst the lady editor set over the past few months, and she's now bringing that casual cool energy back to her own brand for F/W 14 in the form of a luxe version of another iconic silhouette, the Nike Air Force 1. It's important to note that Philo has replicated the Air Force 1 Mid for her collection, a sneaker that I recently claimed might be responsible for #normcore by way of high-fashion. Shouts in advance to any and all of the beautiful women out there willing to cop these surely wildly expensive knock-offs, firmly cementing their bad bitch status in the process.
