When Vogue unveiled its Kanye West and Kim Kardashian cover, the women's magazine included a behind-the-scenes video that showed the #WorldsMostTalkedAboutCouple and little North at their shoot. All seemed like a good idea—the April issue even sold incredibly well—perhaps until now, that is. Vogue is now being sued for the aforementioned video that used Kanye's "Bound 2" as background music, according to Page Six

Ricky Spicer, a former member of boy band Ponderosa Twins Plus One and the same guy who sued Kanye over a vocal sample on "Bound 2," wants to be compensated by the mag for using his voice without his consent. Spicer has yet to specify an amount. "Mr. Spicer's voice is used substantially throughout the video, comprising approximately 44 percent of the lyrics," as per Spicer's Manhattan civil suit against Condé Nast.

Vogue has yet to comment.
