Two decades of anything is a big deal, but for a publication to exist for twenty years is major. To celebrate their 20th anniversary, Juxtapoz is planning a series of "special events, projects, and exhibitions," including a group exhibition at both Jonathan LeVine Gallery locations in New York City.
Entitled "Art of Truancy: Celebrating 20 Years of Juxtapoz Magazine," the exhibition kicks off on May 15 with a very impressive list of artists contributing work to the event. The roster includes FAILE, Shepard Fairey, Swoon, Aaron Horkey, Miss Van, NeckFace, Pushead, Todd James, Parra, Doze Green, Jeremy Fish, and others to be announced between now and opening night.
