In the past few years, John Mayer has undergone what can only be noted as a complete style transformation. At this point in his career, he's essentially shifted from strictly sporting corduroy blazers and cargo pants to becoming a walking billboard for cult Japanese brand Visvim. This time, it seems Mayer has tackled another favorite Japanese brand: biker-inspired Neighborhood.

Leaked subtly through his Instagram, Mayer himself hints at a May 1 release date, scheduled to drop at Neighborhood's flagship Harajuku location. The collaboration intersects with Mayer's summer 2014 tour dates in Japan, so it's highly likely he'll be on hand to unveil the collection.

What will this (somewhat bizzare) collab collection include? Only time will tell.
