Back in November, we learned that President George W. Bush had painted 19 portraits of the world leaders who served during his presidency, and in February it was announced that he would exhibit the paintings for the first time at his presidential library in Texas. Before the exhibition opens to the public this month, Bush will unveil them in an exclusive preview with his daughter Jenna Bush Hager tomorrow on NBC's Today.
In the teaser below, Bush reveals that none of the people that he painted have seen their portraits, and he wouldn't give a list of subjects. When asked how he thinks they will react, the former president joked about them expecting stick figures and said that he "hopes that they take it in the spirit in which these were painted, and that was the spirit of friendship and that I admire them as leaders."
