Keep you friends close, and your wig guru closer. Nicki Minaj forgot that crucial aphorism and now, Terrence Davidson, the wig master who helped the rapper establish her super zany, colorful image is suing her for a whopping $30 million for allegedly stealing his wig designs and selling them without cutting him a check.

Davidson, who at one point planned to launch a wig line and a reality series with Nicki, left the Minajesty a year ago citing creative differences. Since then Nicki put her own wig line up with successful results, and now Davidson has resurfaced claiming some of the designs were stolen from him. Davidson's attorney Christopher Chestnut says "this is basic American morality" and that "Nicki Minaj lied to this man and cheated him." Chestnut also described the circumstance as a "classic David versus Goliath situation."

Nicki has yet to issue a response.
