With confidentiality agreements signed, we may never know for sure, but The Desert Sun, Real Estalker, and Curbed are reporting that this six-bedroom, 7,022-square-foot crib in the desert sold for $5.23 million to Wolf of Wall Street star Leonardo DiCaprio, allegedly. The home was built in 1963 by well-known architect Donald Wexler for 1940s actress and vocalist Dinah Shore. According to the listing, the "legendary tennis estate" includes 1.3 acres of land, seven and a half bathrooms, a detached gym, and there have been extensive renovations.

We understand that stars need their privacy and Leo doesn't want his address known to the world, but if he is the new owner, we'd like to congratulate him on a smart buy. The views are awesome, Wexler's architecture is great, and the price is a third of what his place in Malibu sold for. Time to start planning that Oscar party.
