The winner of the Çanakkale Antenna Tower International Competition in Turkey is this very strange design submitted by IND (Inter.National.Design) and Powerhouse Company. The bright orange antenna was selected out of 130 eliglble submissions to the competition, but there are no concrete plans to begin construction just yet.
We're not sure if this was the intention, but the tower definitely looks like a supersized Hot Wheels track, both in color and in design. From the tall "Loop and Launch" style tower itself, to the loops at the base, we would find it hard to believe that someone didn't have one of these in mind from the start.
