It looks like Kehinde Wiley's been a busy dude. Just yesterday, the Los Angeles-born artist gone global shared a photo of his latest work in progress on Instagram. In keeping with his signature style of depicting contemporary, urban men against an ornate backdrop reminiscent of classical paintings, Wiley's latest portrait aims to glorify two men he met and photographed during his travels. The large-scale double portrait portrays two Cameroonian men from the village of Bandjoun, Wiley reveals in the Instagram caption. From the looks of it, his latest painting is near completion, and we can't wait to see the rest of it.
