Graphic designer Brent Rollins kicks off FRANK151’s new “GSHOCK PROFILES” series with a look inside the space where he creates. He also shares a couple stories and shows off work from his early days designing album covers for hip-hop artists including Black Star and The Pharcyde, and crafting logos for films by Spike Lee and John Singleton.

In addition to taking a little walk down memory lane, Rollins shares some words of wisdom for aspiring and emerging artists and designers. We would tell you what he said, but you've probably already skipped these words to watch the video, so here you go:
