All the noise of New York Fashion Week is happening in Manhattan right now. That’s about to change next week when all eyes are set on Alexander Wang’s runway show in Brooklyn.

Getting to the Duggal Greenhouse, located in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, might be somewhat of a trek for those not used to visiting the borough. A taxi or the subway is the usual option, but why choose that when you can float there?

According to Style.com guests have the option of sailing to the show via a boat that leaves South Street Seaport at 8 p.m. It certainly beats traffic, and despite all the news of pirate hijackings occurring in the high seas this is the East River we’re talking about. Last time we checked, there are no raiders plundering these waters. Attendants will be right on time to catch all the looks coming down the runway.
