Shirley Temple, who was one of America's most beloved and iconic child stars of the 1930s and '40s, passed away on Monday night. As an actress, singer, and dancer, the multifaceted starlet began her career in Hollywood at age three. Temple launched into fame after shooting Bright Eyes, the very film which features the legendary "On the Good Ship Lollipop" musical number.

By the time Temple was 22 years old, she had already won herself an honorary Juvenile Academy Award (making her the youngest Oscar winner ever). She grew to become an international icon, with dolls, playing cards, kitchenware, clothes, and numerous other goods created after her likeness. Even Walt Disney adored her, including the curly-haired actress in his cartoons alongside Donald Duck. In fact, history has seen a number of Shirley Temple renderings done by admiring artists. To honor the late Shirley Temple, here are 15 Artist Depictions of Shirley Temple.
