At least it's not head to toe.

Surface to Air's always been a brand with a multifaceted approach: founder Jeremie Rozan first launched the project in 2000 as a creative collective, replete with artists, musicians and business people launching advertising campaigns, shooting music videos, and uh, oh yeah, designing clothing.

"When I started, I tried to reconcile things that couldn't be reconciled," Rozan told the New York Times during an interview in 2011. "It was about trying to do 20 things at the same time and still being the best in every field."

That mindset's clearly laid out in the Parisian label's fall 2014 ready to wear line. For the collection, designers tapped motorcycle vibes - padded and ribbed black leather, leather Chelsea boots, and even a balaclava. But there are also noticeable streetwear elements, here - damn, that long sleeve looks awfully familiar! - along with classics like brushed cotton sweatshirts, knits and tailored jackets.

Wonder if the black leather jacket shown above will pique the interest of Kid Cudi, who designed a paneled version and then never took it off three years ago.
