Super Bowl XLVIII is around the corner, and for the first time taking place in a stadium where the weather is cold as ice around this time of year. Nike is always ready to challenge the elements, and has prepared a collection that will keep the players and fans warm.
Dubbed the NFL Silver Speed Collection, the collection takes shiny cues from the silver Lombardi Trophy it’s inspired from. The apparel portion of the collection includes Super Bowl editions of its signature items. Matching Nike Sweatless jacket and pants, Nike Shield Nailhead Hoodie, a Destroyer jacket, and some base layers are all there. But for the possible freezing temperatures on game day, the sportswear giant included its Nike Aeroloft Summit jacket—a shiny 800-downfilled piece of outerwear that’s guaranteed to keep you toasty. Don’t worry these will all be available on the Nike website way before the kickoff.
