Complex TV caught up with street artistNiels "Shoe"Meulman down in Wynwood during Art Basel Miami Beach 2013 and spoke with him a little about his craft and what brought him back to Miami for the third time. Shoe shared a little background on himself and the "calligraffiti" that he has been painting since the 1980's in Amsterdam and told us a little bit about the Dutch Pavilion project that he and other world renowned artists were invited to be a part of.
