MSGM's on the come up with a younger set. The Milan brand that Massimo Giorgetti first launched in 2009 has steadily been gaining traction since then - especially after a recent collaboration with art magazine Toilet Paper that put graphic crew necks on a whole different playing field. Suddenly, the company had spiraled from relative obscurity to a widespread audience.
The boiled wool hooded jacket, a member of MSGM's fall/winter 2013 family, presents a look that's been cropping up a lot lately, and could become a favored silhouette against the elements - that high ass collar. So tall that you can bury your face in it when the freezing wind whips you. The widened, enlarged hood has also got next, mark our words.
