For further proof that Michael Strahan is a total boss, just look to his latest real estate transaction. After attempting to sell off his Tribeca loft twice in the past, the former New York Giant and current talk show host has bid farewell to his home on 25 Murray Street while making bank in the process—$2.3 million to be exact.

Originally, Strahan had purchased the 1,911-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in 2008 for $1.66 million. Though he had intended to revamp the place afterwards, dude never got around to it—not that the place needed renovating. Peep the polished hardwood floors and the gorgeous all white everything bathroom.
