Right before Chirstmas, KAWS wrapped up a big season in New York. On Dec. 21, the Brooklyn based artist closed two shows in the city, one at Mary Boone Gallery and the other at Galerie Perrotin. Earlier this week, his show at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia also came to an end. But if you missed the recent KAWS craze, you're in luck.

In a new video on Jay Z's Life+Times, KAWS' work at Mary Boone Gallery comes to life. From his cartoonish canvases to his giant wooden sculptures—recently purchased by Swizz Beatz—this video shows why all eyes have been on the former street artist recently.
