For some, cosplay is a way of life and they take it very seriously. For others, cosplay is something fun you get to do once or twice a year with your friends at a convention. And then there are those who want to get in on the cosplay fun but they don't want to spend the time or money necessary for a good costume. Artist Patrick Dean has the latter group covered with these funny costumes.

Dean draws cosplayers with outfits made out of everyday home items including forks, gardening gloves, duct tape, and sweatpants. He also itemizes the illustrations so people know exactly what the subjects are wearing (just in case they need a last-minute costyme some day.
